育嬰留職停薪、家庭照顧假規定收合

育嬰留職停薪、家庭照顧假規定

就保育嬰留職停薪津貼及育嬰留職停薪薪資補助收合

依《性別平等工作法》辦理育嬰留職停薪的爸爸、媽媽，就保年資及小孩年齡符合請領條件，可以申請育嬰留職停薪津貼(薪資補助會一併發給)。

育嬰留職停薪期間繼續參加勞(就)保收合

為了保障勞工育嬰留職停薪期間的保險權益，《性別平等工作法》規定，勞工在公司工作滿6個月，於子女滿3歲前，最長可以申請2年的育嬰留職停薪，並且可以繼續參加勞工保險及就業保險。另外，如果公司同意工作未滿6個月的勞工申請育嬰留職停薪，勞工於育嬰留職停薪期間也可以繼續參加勞工保險及就業保險，持續累積保險年資。
